We needed roof gutter/eaves maintenance and cleaning services for our home at a height of over 10m above ground level and with difficult access. Realising rope access may be a possible solution, we reached out to four businesses – two of which visited to review the project – but only one of which (Safe Rope Access) was prepared to consider and propose solutions for our situation. As a consequence, Safe Rope Access installed anchor points on our roof and then provided the rope access maintenance and cleaning services that we required.
In short, Jader was responsive, friendly and solutions driven. His team were punctual, professional, hard-working and thorough. Our project was completed within 7 weeks of initial contact. We highly recommend Safe Rope Access and would employ them again in the future.
